Haystack EU
Haystack EU is the European edition of the Haystack search relevance conference run by OpenSource Connections, held in Europe (Berlin). Like its US counterpart it is practitioner-focused on search relevance — ranking, Learning to Rank, evaluation, and semantic/vector search across Solr, Elasticsearch, and OpenSearch. Charlie Hull is closely associated with the European search-conference scene.

- Focus: same relevance-first, practitioner agenda as Haystack US, for the European community.
- Community: overlaps heavily with Berlin Buzzwords and MICES (also Berlin-based), and the OSC-run Relevance Slack.
